This "Super Heroes: Super Heroes" set is a reduced reprint of the four Super Heroes Rub-Ons sets, GK241 from 1977.
It's an intriguing concept, although an experiment which was never repeated. Even the transfers themselves are half the size of the originals, making them the smallest scale transfers since the original Panoramas of 1965!
It might have been interesting to have seen Letraset try the same thing with the four Hanna-Barbera Rub-Ons sets… although perhaps that's better left to the imagination!
