Trusthouse Forte Hotels — LP148/1 [1981]
Apparently these characters are "The Munch Bunch". As you can see, they're copyrighted by Studio Publications (Ipswich) Ltd. They started their lives as books, made it onto TV, & ended their lives as yoghurts. All their original artwork was destroyed in a fire.
This is the way.
As for the bear (possibly "Hungry the Bear", judging by his cap), I'm afraid I have no idea; possibly a short-lived mascot for Trusthouse Forte, circa 1981.
By implication there would have been other transfers with the serial "LP148", although whether they would also have been for Trusthouse Forte, or for other clients, can't be determined until more evidence pops up.
