Back in the Bad Old Days when oil companies considered themselves the Good Guys, the silver lining to queuing for petrol was the little envelope you would get FREE.
"This envelope contains one of four transfer sheets to complete the 'Oil in today's world' picture card. Ask for a card and collect the transfers — one sheet FREE with every four gallons."
Interestingly, my picture card is missing the slogan (halfway down, on the right) which I've spotted elsewhere: "Big, British and Independent". Perhaps they were taken over & had to reprint the cards?
Anyway, since I only have one of the four transfer sheets, this enlargement of the back of the picture card will give you some idea of the appearance of the other three:
